As another year passes, we welcome a new year.
We wish you a happy and prosperous New Year.
In 2025, MRBAS marks its 38th year of growth together with our customers.
Through this website, we would like to share a few updates along with our New Year’s greetings.
First, regarding the renovation market.
The buildings and facilities of our long-time customers have been carefully maintained over the past 30 years.
However, due to aging infrastructure, many facilities are being remodeled or partially renovated.
Under these conditions, MRBAS would like to introduce three new systems for renovation buildings this year.
The first item is “ELC48” (an ON/OFF relay system that can easily replace the existing GETLC system).
ELC48 is integrated with our ELC lighting control system, enabling more powerful and reliable control through various programs.
The second item is “GTS” (Glass Touch Switch).
The front material is reinforced glass similar to that used in smartphones, offering excellent design and durability.
It also allows customizable buttons and backgrounds, enhancing both convenience and building value.
The third item is the upgraded “Power SCADA System.”
We have added advanced monitoring and analysis programs to enable more precise prediction and diagnosis of power systems.
With 3D graphics, major equipment can be monitored from multiple perspectives, and harmonic trend analysis dashboards help prevent failures in advance.
In addition to these, the mobile AR solution introduced next is also worth attention.
We recommend adopting these new systems for more convenient maintenance of your buildings.
Second,
We have developed and launched a new AR-based building automation solution using QR code recognition.
By combining AR with traditional UI, users can visualize and control systems in a more intuitive and detailed way.
For example,
In facility automation systems, scanning a QR code allows users to check temperature, external conditions, and optimal settings via smartphone.
In lighting systems, additional UI beyond physical switches can be accessed through AR.
Users can visually control lighting zones, apply patterns, and monitor usage data for maintenance.
In power SCADA systems, QR codes on devices enable real-time monitoring and data comparison via mobile devices.
This AR-based solution is expected to become a new paradigm in building automation across SI, FMS, BEMS, and zero energy systems.
Third,
We are a certified excellent procurement company with IoT-based HVAC control technology.
This system allows lighting control devices to also manage HVAC systems efficiently.
It is cost-effective and highly suitable for public sector projects.
Fourth,
We will continue to expand our zero energy system business.
Since its first deployment in 2022, many projects have adopted our ZEB system.
Our system provides differentiated smart services and reliable certification support at a reasonable cost.
MRBAS will continue to develop products and technologies from the customer’s perspective.
