- 1987 Founded as MR Electronics
- 1991 Started domestic lighting control business; supplied GE TLC system as an official partner of GE
- 1993 Launched power monitoring and facility automation business; technical partnership with Teletrol (USA)
- 2000 Began supplying lighting control systems to major domestic projects such as COEX and Incheon International Airport
- Early 2000s Started GE digital relay and meter business
- Early 2000s Expanded overseas sales to China, Taiwan, Vietnam, and the United States
- 2012 Completed in-house development of ELC system and DALI modules
- 2013 Acquired BACnet BTL Listing certification (DDC panel and software)
