MESSAGE FROM MRBAS'S CEO

Dear valued customers,
We sincerely appreciate your continued support and encouragement for MRBAS.
As another year passes, we welcome the beginning of a new one.
In 2026, MRBAS marks its 39th year of growth together with you.
Through this New Year’s message on our website, we would like to extend our heartfelt greetings as if speaking to each and every one of you.

First, we would like to share some updates for the new year 2026.

Our first update:
As an excellent procurement company, MRBAS will participate in the “Korea Public Procurement Expo 2026,” held at KINTEX from March 25 to 28.
This exhibition is one of the largest in Korea, held across five exhibition halls at KINTEX,
and participation is limited to companies registered with outstanding procurement products, innovative products, or MAS certification.
This will be our first time participating, and we are actively preparing demo equipment and presentation programs
to introduce our products and meet our customers in person.

The system we will showcase is a building automation system,
featuring a newly introduced Augmented Reality (AR) application that enables various control and monitoring functions.
Through this, we aim to demonstrate improved energy efficiency and more convenient maintenance.

In addition, in line with the growing renovation market,
we will also present a new cloud service that replaces traditional central monitoring panels,
providing automation maintenance and data logging analysis through our cloud center.
We look forward to your interest and visit, and to engaging directly with our engineers.

Our second update is about hosting a technical seminar.
Following the successful seminars held over the past two years,
we will continue to introduce new products and technologies this year,
and gather valuable customer feedback for further product development.
Detailed schedules and information will be announced on our website, and we encourage your participation.

Our third update is the launch of new products.
We plan to introduce the following products this year:

First, a building automation system utilizing Augmented Reality (AR).
By simply activating the camera on a smartphone, iPad, or Galaxy Tab
and pointing it at MRBAS automation devices,
users can monitor and control the system through an AR interface.
This overcomes hardware limitations and provides a more intuitive and convenient maintenance environment.

Second, new software.
We will soon release an upgraded version of our SmartRoll software, version 3.1a.
Power monitoring, facility control, and zero-energy related modules were already released last year,
and the lighting control module will be launched soon.
This upgrade significantly improves performance and provides efficient management through various dashboards.

Third, occupancy sensors and illuminance sensors.
By developing and manufacturing these sensors in-house,
we have enhanced product competitiveness and improved system integration.
Sensors can be connected through the same data line,
eliminating the need for additional wiring or equipment,
making installation and maintenance much easier.

Fourth, the Smart Monitoring Box (SMB) for zero energy systems.
This device can function as a supplementary system,
allowing users to check energy consumption, production, and self-sufficiency rates
even if the central monitoring PC fails.
It also displays indoor environmental data such as fine dust, temperature, and humidity,
providing useful information to occupants in lobbies and elevator halls.

Our fourth update is the key business direction for 2026.
MRBAS will expand its reach across general buildings and public infrastructure,
providing automation and energy management systems through both online and offline channels.

With experience from over 3,000 completed projects,
we have further strengthened our maintenance and after-sales service system.
Upon receiving an AS request, notifications will be sent via KakaoTalk or SMS,
and the entire process will be transparently shared through our website.

In addition, for major projects,
we will introduce an online group management service through our cloud center.
Any system failure or communication issue will be detected both on-site and in the cloud,
enabling faster and more accurate responses.
We will also provide lifecycle management through data analysis,
including predictive maintenance for timely replacement.

MRBAS has always prioritized customer needs in developing new products and upgrading existing ones,
and we will continue to do so in 2026.
We will always be ready to listen and respond wherever you need us.
Please feel free to contact us at any time—we will respond with prompt and reliable technology.
