READ MOREIn early 2013, MRBAS’s lighting control system was selected as the lowest bid among cooperating contractors in the lighting control field for Lotte Construction. Along with the phased construction of the building, our MR system was delivered and installed in stages. A notable aspect of this project was the use of existing general-purpose LAN networks for communication lines. Our SCUs (System Communication Units), which function as converters, were connected to the pre-installed communication networks on each floor and in each area to establish the communication system. By installing more than 30 SCUs, the existing LAN network was utilized as the lighting control communication line, enabling smooth and fast communication at 100 Mbps.

In 2022, we delivered and installed our zero-energy system for the first time, and over the past year, we have applied our system through the design integration of many ZEB (Zero Energy Building) projects. Our zero-energy system will provide a differentiated solution with smart services in a new ZEB software environment. Compared to other competitors, we are expected to offer flawless handling during both the preliminary and main certification processes, helping adopt this system without burden at an affordable cost.
MRBAS is a certified Excellent Procurement Company for the "Heating and Cooling Automation Device Using IoT Lighting Control Technology." This technology allows control of heating and cooling devices solely through lighting control units, without requiring a separate HVAC automation system. The system also offers the advantage of lower automation investment costs. It is highly suitable for government projects that require facility, power, lighting, zero-energy, BEMS, SI, and FMS systems. We look forward to being your choice for new government facility projects.
MRBAS has also co-filed a patent with the Korea Association of Automatic Control for the item "Power/Communication Integrated Line and Automatic Recognition Building Control System" and participates in the Public Procurement Service purchase program as a "Small Business Joint Project Product." This item is not yet widely known among government agencies, so purchases through this program are still limited. Under this system, participating companies in the "Small Business Joint Project" execute purchases through designated or restricted competitive bidding. The Korea Federation of SMEs introduced this program, and the Public Procurement Service supports purchases under it. If a government agency has a new project requiring automation equipment, please contact us, and we will provide thorough consultation.
