ELC48-TLC (48 Stand Alone Relay Module)
Overview
ELC48-TLC is a module consisting of 48 RELAY ON/OFF control units. It is composed of 8 relay modules, including one ELC48 relay module and 7 ELC6 sub-modules in units of 6, and communication between sub-modules (ELC6) is done through CAN communication, while communication between the upper level and the TLC network (compatible with the TLC protocol) is done. It performs the function of controlling the ON/OFF of the relay and displaying the operational status of the relay. Through TLC communication, it is connected to RLINK or SCU and performs functions such as scheduling, ON/OFF operation execution, ON/OFF status display, RELAY group control, time-based schedule control, and sunrise/sunset schedule control through the TLC protocol. It stores the data of the log and runtime for the operational status of the relay.
Key Features
• Equipped with 48 20Ampere Latching Relays • LED Status Indicators that indicate the state of each relay
• Strong data communication via full 2-Wire Bus (TLC Network)
• Control continues to be executed even during downloading of data and program modification
• Interconnection programs between each control panel can be executed continuously through the Global Stand Alone function even when the central monitoring panel is not working
• LED flick function when a relay fails
• Can be installed separately by connecting sub-modules through CAN communication
Operation
• The relay module performs interlocking control according to each program by being connected to up to 999 RLINKs or SCUs. • Each relay module consists of a master (ELC48) and a slave (ELC6), and 48 circuits are configured by connecting one master and seven slaves. Each module is designed with the relay drive board and communication board combined, and an LED indicator that displays the state of each relay and drive board is provided. The relay is attached to the board in DIN rail format.
• The power line and weak current line are processed inside the case cab for neat wiring and cable processing.
• 20Ampere Latching Relays with manual On/Off switches for field manual operation are attached to the relay board in DIN rail format.
• It is possible to apply to various applications such as large and small projects with new design and compact size.
• Fully compatible with GE TLC Protocol
• Fully compatible with sites where TLC and SLC products are installed for partial maintenance or overall
Specification
• 48ea - LED Status Indicators • 48ea - 20 Latching Relay
• 2ea - Digital Input
• Full 2-Wire Communication
• Address Setting : 1-999
• 32Bit Stand Alone Control Processor
• Operation Condition : -10 ~ 60°C
• AC/DC24V, 50/60Hz, 7VA
Networking
The relay module is connected via Full 2-Wire communication method to the central transmission equipment (SCU), and if each relay module is installed vertically, a passage is provided so that the upper and lower data lines can be connected. The data line cable is neatly processed so that it cannot be seen from the outside.
