Technical Seminar on Automation and Zero-Energy Systems for Defense Projects

On Tuesday, June 17, 2025, our company held a technical seminar for designers dedicated to defense projects.

With the aging, expansion, and renovation of military facilities such as barracks, officer quarters, gyms, and various other installations, demand for military projects has been increasing. Additionally, each unit has been required to install zero-energy systems, which have been actively implemented since 2021. In response to requests from designers for system introductions, we organized this seminar.

During the event, we introduced not only our zero-energy systems but also our new products. Thanks to the active participation of many customers, the seminar was successfully concluded.

Suwon Hwaseong Haenggung

Suwon Hwaseong, a UNESCO World Heritage site, has a total length of 5.7 kilometers and covers an area of 130 hectares.

Our lighting control system currently manages the entire Suwon Hwaseong, including Hwaseong Haenggung.

Out of a total of 44 control panels installed at Suwon Hwaseong, 10 panels are located within Hwaseong Haenggung. Managing the entire site posed significant challenges for the Suwon Hwaseong Management Office, but by using wireless communication for all panels, distance-related communication issues have been resolved, allowing smooth operation.

Before the introduction of our lighting control system, operators had to physically move around the entire site to control the lights. With our system in place, operators can now easily manage the lighting from a computer at the management office. Additionally, since Suwon Hwaseong is an outdoor site, lighting schedules based on sunrise and sunset are used to enhance operational convenience for the staff.

장항선 개량 2단계

국가철도공단에서 시행하는 장항선 개량 2단계 사업 은 제2차 국가철도망 구축계획을 통해 서해축 고속 화 철도망을 구축하여 지역간 균형발전을 도모하고, 장항선 개량 2단계 대천 ~ 간치 구간 노선 개량사업 을 통해 호남선과 전라선 화물 수송로 확보 및 대중 국 교역량 확대와 새만금 , 광양항 등 연계노선 개발 을 통한 지역개발 활성화에 목적이 있다.

당사는 입찰을 통하여 장항선 개량 2단계(대천~간치) 터널 및 역사 조명제어를 수주 하였고, 2020년 초에 납품을 시작 하여 2020년 말에 준공을 하였다. 대천에서 간치 간의 철도 길이는 약 25Km로 그중 남포 3터널이 약 5Km 정도가 되 며, 통신제어장치(MCU)와 상위 CU간의 성공적인 인터페 이스를 진행하였다.
이 사업은 국가철도공단에서 주관하는 국가 정책 사업으로 당사는 다수의 철도 프로젝트 경험을 바탕으로 시스템 공급 및 설치 시운전을 하였다. 또 철도 터널의 경우 조명제어판 넬등이 야외에 설치되어 온도 및 습도 문제를 해결해야 되었 고, RS-485 통신기준인 1.2km의 최대 허용 통신거리를 초 과하는 문제들을 모두 해결하면서, 안정된 시스템으로 공급 설치된 엠알바스의 조명제어시스템의 우수한 기술력과 품질 이 이 현장에서도 다시 한번 증명되는 계기가 되었다. 예를 들어, 통신 라인 장거리에 대한 솔루션은 이미 보유하고 있 는 “Repeater”장비를 이용하여 통신 신뢰성을 확보 할 수 있 었다. 야외에 설치된 판넬의 신뢰성, 안정된 통신망, 그리고 상위계층 서버와의 인터페이스 기술등에 있어서, 신뢰할 수 있는 조명제어 기술을 제공할 수 있었던 것은 조명제어 전문 업체로서 오랫동안 축적된 기술력과, 자체 개발능력, 생산 능 력을 보유하고 있기에 가능했던 결과라고 생각한다.

김포도시철도 무인경전철

당사는 김포 한강 차량기지~김포공항까지 이어진 김포도시철도의 역사 및 터널에 조명제어를 납품 및 시공을 완수 하였고 2019년에 개통하여 많은 시민들이 이용 중에 있다. 총 1공구~5공구로 23.67 Km에 조명제어 반이 납품이 되었으며, 철도 터널 의 경우 조명제어반 판넬등이 야외에 설치되어 온 도 및 습도 문제를 해결해야 되었고, RS-485 통신 기준인 1.2Km 의 최대 허용 통신거리를 초과하는 문제들을 모두 해결하면서, 안정된 시스템으로 공 급 설치된 엠알바스의 조명제어시스템의 우수한 기술력과 품질이 이 현장에서도 다시 한번 증명 되는 계기가 되었다.

장거리 통신에 대해 “REPEATER” 장비를 이용하여 통신의 신뢰성을 확보 할 수 있었다. 터널의 특성 상 지하철 운행으로 인한 소음 및 진동에 강한 제 품이야 하는데 엠알바스는 전국 2500개 이상의 풍 부한 현장 경험을 토대로 신뢰성, 안정된 통신망, 그리고 현장 터널과 상위 CU 와의 인터페이스 및 연동시험 인터페이스 기술을 접목하여 신뢰성을 인증받고 있다.

대전 지하철 1호선

대전 도시철도 1호선

대전도시 철도는 광역시 중 가장 마지막에 철도 가 개통한 광역시로 2006년도에 개통하였다.

당사는 대전도시철도 1호선 전구간에 조명제어 를 납품 하였고, 2021년도 현재까지 별다른 Trouble 없이 현재까지 각 역사에서 조명제어 를 사용 중 에 있다.

대구 지하철 3호선

당사는 대구 지하철 1호선을 1997년 조명제어를 납품 하였고, 그 뒤로 2호선 가장 최근 2016년도에 대구지하철 3호선 조명제어 공사를 완벽하게 수행 한 실적을 갖고 있다. 대구 지하철 3호선의 경우는 최신 시스템을 적용하여 양쪽 종점 차량기지에서 전체 시스템을 감시 및 제어 할 수 있게 중앙감시 반이 구축되어 있으며, 타임 스케쥴 제어를 이용하 여 시간대에 맞춰 자동 점/ 소등을 하고 있다. 또 등 기구를 점/소등 할 수 있 는 릴레이의 동작횟수 및 상태 값을 파악 할 수 있어 내구 연한에 대한 시점 을 미리 파악이 가능 하고 STANDALONE 기능을 통 하여 중앙감시 반 고장에도 각 역사별로 스스로 동작 할 수 있는 시스템이 구축되어 있다

포항-삼척 터널

에버랜드

리조트 면적 148만 8,000 ㎡ (45만 평)이며 놀이공원 면적은 약 30만평 규모이다. 서울 남쪽 35km, 영동고속도로 분기점에서 7km 지점에 있으며, 1976년 4월 국내 최초의 가족공원인 용인자연농원으로 문을 열었다, 그 후 1996년 3월 에버랜드로 개칭하였다

현재 에버랜드 전체를 엠알 조명제어시스템으로 운영 중에 있으며 에버 랜드(놀이동산) 및 케리비안베이 등 전체조명제어 판넬 약 212곳을 제어 중이다 특히 에버랜드(놀이동산)에는 조명제어 판넬 약40곳을 이더넷 통신라인으로 제어 하고 있으며 케리비안베이는 조명제어 판넬 약 70곳을 운영하고 글로벌페어는 판넬 약 40곳을 운영 중에 있다 전기히터 및 야외분수대 및 공조기동작도 당사 조명제어 릴레이에 연결하여 시간대별 스케쥴로 운영 되고 있다

에버랜드 부지 전체를 당사 조명제어 뿐만 아니라 공조기 야외분수대 전기히터로 운영되니 시설관리요원들의 능숙하게 구현 하고 있다 최근까지도 추가시설에 당사조명제어를 납품 중에 있다

홈플러스(Home plus)는 이마트에 이어 시장점유율 2위를 차지하고 있는 대한민국의 대형할인점 업체 이며, 당사에서는 부산연산점, 고양터미널점, 안동점등을 비롯하여 50여개 매장의 조명제어를 시공 설치하였다.

대형매장의 여건상 정전시에서 매장이 소등 여부에 따라 인명 피해의 요소가 많아서, Stand Alone 기능이 완벽하며, 정복전 시스템의 기능을 소화할 수 있는 조명제어반이 설계 시 부터 고려 되어 야 하므로, 당사 시스템이 최적의 시스템으로 인정되어 많은 지점에 설치 시공되고 있다.
